Ali McLachlan is a Scot raised near London, with a background in graphic design and print marketing. He pastored churches in Liverpool and East Ayrshire before becoming the church-planting pastor of Grace. He is married to Caroline with five children.

We believe that eldership is the biblical model for church leadership. Gevi Margate is a fellow elder. Gevi is currently undergoing theological training at Edinburgh Theological Seminary. He is married to Patricia.

Christman Ihuoma also serves as an elder, being raised in Essex, having studied here and working as a medical doctor with his wife, Sophie.
